Corporate Wellness Solutions/AYC Wellness New Orleans, LA, 2007 – 2014
Recruited to define strategy and framework to successfully launch a corporate fitness program for
businesses in large metropolitan areas – which had been attempted and failed previously. Drove
the growth of business to business wellness solutions, spearheaded the launch and championed the
development new in office exercise program.
Full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for creating business plan and growth strategy, defining
offerings and delivery models, establishing partnerships, and building operating infrastructure
nationally. Develop vision, mission and goals, identify profitability and revenue opportunities, define
critical goals and success factors, establish clear objectives and practical action plans, foster innovation and
risk taking, build teams, and establish relationships with vendors and partners.
Successes & Solutions:
Built and launched new corporate wellness business within 3 months positioning company as a
leading provider of wellness services. Established partnership with AYC Fitness in Kansas, negotiated
favorable contract to reduce client insurance expenses by 10%, spearheaded the design, development and
launch of multiple product offerings, and achieved positive cash flow and profitability within 5 months.
Identified market need and leveraged outsourced partner relations to overall scope of wellness
business. Managed the development of new 30 minute in office and mobile fitness center.

US ARMY 3rd Theater Command Element – ATLANTA, GA 2004 2007
OPERATIONS / LIAISON OFFICER
• Served as Liaison Officer for a Transportation Command Element serving in support of
Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the planning, transportation operations and
movement control operations of more than 20,000 soldiers in support of the Central
Command (CENTCOM) area of responsibility.
• Specifically responsible for planning and programming of hotel facilities, automation, and
communications in Southwest Asia for troops.
• Coordinated with 7 other countries (OCONUS) and their components to provide additional
deployment and retrograde support.
• Coordinated with Department of Defense Agencies to include Defense Logistics Agency
on issues to control cost and provide the best support possible.
US ARMY RESERVE COMMAND/FORCES COMMAND – VARIOUS LOCATIONS
OPERATIONS / PLANS OFFICER 1986 2004
• Responsible for the planning, training and supervision of soldiers worldwide.
• Assisted in establishing support policies and priorities for the Army.
• Prepared detailed plans for asset visibility that support execution of national policies and
strategies.
