turnover percent year after year.

7/2002-6/2004 Project Manager, BG Service solutions

Managed matrons and porters for a large realty company in downtown Kansas

City, MO. Responsibilities included controlling labor and quality service

for various properties as well as ordering of janitorial supplies. I

also helped the property managers with special projects on a daily basis.
