Business News Channel.

Done LIVE news reporting for equity market, banks and financial service regulators like SEBI and RBI.

Arranged and conducted interviews with people who can provide information about a story. On a daily basis my

role also requires me to review copies and correct error as per ET NOW’s prescribed editorial style and

formatting guideline.

Review and evaluate notes taken about events in order to isolate pertinent facts and details. Determine a story's

emphasis, length, and format, and organize material accordingly. Research and analyze background information

related to stories to provide complete and accurate information. Investigate breaking news developments, such

as government policies, companies raising funds, and actions being taken by various regulators.

Also have responsibilities of the assignment team.

Here my duty is to identify, evaluate, mobilise and execute leads or tips to develop story ideas to make ET NOW

the leading business news channel. Keeping a close eye on competition, and counter competition is also a part

of my responsibility.

I maintain a communication channel between reporters and senior management.

Discuss issues with editors to establish priorities for development of brand ET NOW. Crisis management quick

resolution is also part of my duty.

Have planned, organized and produced various ET NOW events like ET Awards, Starmine Awards and The

Dealing Room. Was responsible in setting up and leading the team to start ET Interview at ET NOW.
