General Manager

. Full Profit & Loss responsibility for a manufacturer of fastening tools

for construction and industrial applications with current annual revenue

of approximately $4 million.

. Responsible for the operational oversight of the ERP system ensuring that

all standard costing and bill of materials are current and indicative of

current production levels. Variances are identified and corrective action

is implemented.

. Effective leadership & management of 30+ employees across multiple

. Development and execution of Company growth and marketing strategy

employees while decreasing the Company cost by 18% compared to the

previous benefit year.

. Executed a new Heat Treat Operations strategy that included a change in

heat treat vendors coupled with a utilization of freight cost expediting

that has saved the Company 25% in Heat Treat Costs for the five months the

new program has been implemented.

. Expedited the time period of submission of monthly financial reporting

package to management to the seventh business day of the following month.

The previous deadline was the fifteenth business day of the following

month, which was hardly ever met.

. Responsible for all production scheduling. Improved the time period to

which product backorders are filled from an average of 21 days to less

than a week by implementing a production schedule that concentrates on

anticipated sales of all products and current customer requirements.

. Acted as CPA and Business Manager to the owner and 100% shareholder of

Qualtool, Inc. and was responsible for all her outside business

activities. This included responsibility for the successful operation of

a dog breeding business called Sandcastle Labradoodles LLC located in

Brooksville, FL. Developed and served as co-trustee for "The Joan

Standlee Charitable Foundation". Last year we received a grant

application and awarded a grant for research to the University of Florida
