LLC, Deep Prospect Energy LLC and Enerpact LLC.

• Managed all aspects of a small business including building client base, itemized billing, customer

client projects. Worked to mitigate scope creep and clearly communicate the aspects of the

expected end product.

• Invented a novel and efficient process for mapping tracts that resulted in a dramatic cost reduction

for my clients. The process of deed plotting metes & bounds was streamlined by layering all

available GIS resources such as aerial imagery, roadways, water features, abstracts, CAD parcels

or Tobin maps to compensate for missing, historical or incomplete calls.

• Worked with external agencies including the Texas Railroad Commission, various county appraisal

districts and BLM offices to acquire digital tax roll data and PLSS ownership to be used as both

cartographic layers and as a project dataset.

leasing techniques that greatly benefitted the client.

• Worked with GIS specialists to migrate and manage data in an enterprise level SDE environment.

Responsible for project documentation, managing time constraints and ensuring quality results

from the team.

• Helped scale day to day operations as the company grew with project demands from customers.

Hired analysts, streamlined operations, and improved interdepartmental communications within the

company.

Operations & Production Coordinator and GIS Analyst, David Arrington Oil & Gas, Inc.

Worked directly with the drilling operations team to address any continuing legal or security

issues that needed to be resolved and was accountable for deliverables between contracted

teams and clients.

• Contracted and met with engineers to solve issues such as building roads, securing easements,

creating drainage ponds and pad site formation. Acted as liaison between the engineers and in-

house employees that performed title work in preparation for drilling commencement.

• Responsible for preparing and filing specific legal permits with the cities and counties in which

we were preparing to drill. Created required maps of FEMA floodplains and city boundaries that

included detailed pad site logistics and intended wellbore paths. Enlisted contracted engineers

to survey and plot accurate schematics for required permit exhibits. Ensured that such contracts

were finished in a timely fashion to stay on schedule with city hearings and other necessary

deadlines.

• Managed projects in up to six counties at once and worked with retained lawyers to obtain a

sufficient legal title opinion to gain a drilling permit from the Texas Railroad Commission.

• Initiated a project with IT to create multi-user databases used to organize spatial and legal data.

This allowed many employees to efficiently update a central repository of lease and title

information to create accurate maps and progress reports.

Land Administrator and GIS Technician, Innovative-GIS

all types of GIS data, including CAD, Tobin, & aerial imagery.

• Collaborated with IT and a contracted programming team to build a groundbreaking land

management software with integrated databases, lease creation and payment scheduling.
