2011-2014: USI Construction; Project Manager/ Superintendent. Renovated low income housing apartment complexes. Bid, buy out and run day to day operations of low income apartment retrofits. Occupied and vacant projects. Major renovations inside and outside.

2006-2014: Athena Stone; Project Manager/ Estimator. Bid and manage commercial and residential projects including stone, EIFS, stucco, block and brick jobs. (Part time from 2011-2014.)

2002-2006: RFC Framing; Project Manager/ Estimator. Bid and manage multi- family and single home framing projects.

PRIOR: Commercial and residential concrete (8 years), footings, walls, slabs and flatwork. Commercial kitchens (including Ravens’ Stadium. I proved to myself that I can be a big fish in the ocean!). Built own house and extensively renovated three others. Gas station construction, built 3 7-11s, includes many underground storage tank removals, installs and upgrades. 3 yrs at Aberdeen Proving Grounds/ Ft. Ritchie doing JOC (job order contracting); indefinite quantities contract doing renovations and new work on base for DOD. Garage Doors. Built 2 Jiffy Lubes and extensively renovated 10 Speedy Mufflers. Renovated Harpers Choice Village Center in 1986.

Best Professional Attribute: Ability to out-think and out-work the myriad problems that spring up on any and all construction projects.

Interests: My bride, of 28 years, Gretchen. Our children Brigid (24), Mattie (21), Dawes (17), Regan (13) and Hans (11). Anything lacrosse (I am a player, coach, ref and fan). And Sadie, our 10 yr old St. Bernard.
