a) Cash & Bank Managements

Cash and Bank funds flow maintenance, Co- ordination with Bank for OD,

Stock statement, Quarterly and Annual report and all bank related

correspondences. Weekly, monthly MIS reports to the Management.

b) Import & Exports

Arranging documents for imports clearance and exports with C&F

agents,

Payments to imports and export proceedings maintenance with EEFC

account and current account, organizing L/c's, High Sea sales

contract,

Bonding and Debonding

c) Sales & Purchase

Adopting Procedure for inward & outward orders, Monthly verification

of

purchase & sales documents are in the proper channeled, conducting

regular auditing with sales and purchase department, to avoid

misleading & deputing more vigilance where there is room for benefit

of

doubt. Regular Debtors & Creditors ageing, analyzing and following the

payment regularly and report the through MIS on weekly, monthly

basis.

d) Inventory & Costing

Costing, Perpetual stock taking, variances analyzing, reasoning &

maintenance of proper Records.

Maintenance of Fixed asset records and yearly once verification of

asset.

e) Risk Management :

Fixed, Floating assets, stock insurance, Marine & damage claims,

Profit in lieu of loss coverage, premium calculation, negotiation for

discounts, follow up for early settlement of claims.

f) All statutory returns :

Income Tax, Service Tax, Vat & Excise, calculations, payments &

filing returns as per due date on monthly, half yearly and annually.

g) Budgeting & Cashflow :

Preparation of yearly and monthly budget with various scenarios,

comparing with actuals with monthly and yearly reports

g) Finalisation of Accounts

Finalization work including various allied work like provision,

Prepaid

Expenses, Maintenance asset and calculation of depreciation,

Legal matters handling with Advocate and Bank officials.

Salary Drawing CTC : Rs. 8,50,000/- PA

Expected CTC : Rs. 9,00,000/- PA
