Work History

February 2012 to present, Regional Training Property Manager, Colonial Heights Apartments/Hayloft Property Management (2815 Tierra Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516)

1. Perform all duties that a property manager does such as, resident communications, organize 9 to 45 employees’ tasks to complete, manage the office of apartment complexes that have 144 to 344 apartments on each property.

2. Coaching staff into professionals in order to maintain a positive reputation for the properties. Maintaining the cleanliness of the properties, office, and inventory rooms up to company standards.

3. Provide consistent and constant attention to guests, potential residents, current residents & previous residents to make sure that their environment while on the properties was a safe and comfortable experience.
