Primary responsibilities include:

• Layout and implementation of a work order driven preventive maintenance program with an emphasis on

reliability.

• Set up and maintenance of a spare parts system that utilizes the least amount of inventory based on

availability and production allowances.

• Installation and startup of primary pieces of equipment that directly feed a one line facility. These installations

have led to the in house production of previously outsourced components.

Troubleshoot and repair of production equipment, including ABB and Motoman robotic welding cells, used in

the manufacturing of automobile exhaust systems.

• Machine design changes that included the addition of sensors, pneumatics and hydraulic valves, light

curtain, programmable laser scanners based safety guarding (OSHA 1910.xxx), all necessary PLC changes,
