We converted a 4 stroke engine (Bajaj boxer 100cc) into a compressed air

engine by modifying its cam shaft & valve timing. We also modified its intake

system & some other parts. We got a 0.7 kW b.p at 10 bar inlet pressure.

SIX STROKE ENGINE (Major project)

(February 2014 to May 2014)

We modified a 4-stroke engine (Bajaj pulsar 180cc) into a 6-stroke engine by

changing its cam shaft, valve lift and dwell .we also assembled a water injector

and lots of thing to convert it into a successful 6-stroke engine
