This E Commerce Data Warehouse is the world’s second largest and its purpose is to enhance,

maintain and support the existing applications in production to shadow the daily activities of all the

customers for banks decision making and Forecasting. This warehouse deals with all the data

corresponding to the online banking portal of Bank of America, MOBILE BANKING and

TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS with the Teller. The Ecommerce - Data warehouse is a

TERADATA Data Warehouse on a MAINFRAME server.

All the online transactions done by customers are captured by the SOR team on a daily basis. The

files are then sent to the Warehouse team for processing. We perform ETL processing and load

the data in to the Teradata. We perform analysis on the data present in the Teradata box and

generate reports based on the requirements from the Users.
