to be made to the drilling rig, equipment used, mud properties, drilling parameters

Train Ukrainian driller how to operate drilling rig and read SAE weight indicator

Train Ukrainian derrick hand how to work the derrick board

Train Ukrainian floor hands how to throw spinning chain, and how to work tongs

Work with Ukrainian Tool pusher to make operations faster while maintaining safety

Work with Energy company supervisor to make sure all of his company’s requests are

met

Speak with Mechanic and get parts for rig

Speak with Service King in Stroud OK to get parts or information on rig

Bring parts from USA to Ukraine

Driller

Operate the rig during all operations of the drilling procedure

Lead the crew and make sure they know and understand their jobs

Make sure safety procedures are fallowed and appropriate documents filled out and

filed

Fill out all IADC and other documents as required

Experience using Totco, Pason, Geolograph

Experience drilling using SAE and Metric units while in Ukraine

Derrick Hand

Work derrick board during pipe tripping operations

Maintain drilling fluid pumps

Mix all drilling fluid chemicals and take hourly checks and report them to driller

Maintaing PPE for mixing chemicals and replace if necessary

Understand how chemicals affect drilling fluid

Motorman

Inspect rig and equipment to meet IADC and OSHA standards

Maintain rig equipment- check oil levels, grease, change filters, inventory, repair

Lead floorhands during pipe tripping operations and connections

Educate and lead new and less experianced hands during daily operations

Load and unload trucks of equipment and drilling tools with forklift

Work side by side with company and 3rd party safety inspectors to determine what

needs to be done to make the job safer

Monthly inspections- fire extinguisher, lanyard, sala block, harness, lift lines, chains/

slings

Floorhand

Make up drill pipe during connections or tripping operations

Clean and maintain rig housekeeping

Assist Motorman and Derrick hand with daily tasks
