WORK EXPERIENCE...

Worked as Pipping Supervisor in Progressive Engineering Works from

19thJune 2009

to 20th May 2010.

In this I was able to work with PIPE FABRICATION,with different things such

as elbow,bend

Etc. I also worked to study and analyze PLANT DIAGRAM as well as ISOMETRIC

DIAGRAM.

Graduate Apprentice trainee in HINDUTAN MACHINE TOOLS LTD,kalamassery

(23 June 2010 to 22 June 2011)

Worked in Maintenance,CNC Assembly and Hi Tech sections.

Work Description: The main products of the company are high quality lathes,

CNC Machines, Offset Printing Machines, etc. As an apprentice, I was able

to get hands-on experience in all departments of production.

Worked in the Maintenance Department of Machine Tools Division and also in

the Pre Assembly and final Assembly section in CNC machine production

department along with HI technology department with programming.

In CNC production department, i was involved in the assembly of various

components of the pre and final product. I could gain practical experience

in manufacturing of CNC Lathes with different operating stsustems like

Siemens,Fanucworking in the department.

During my tenure in the maintenance department, I had to associate with the

repair and maintenance of machines used in production. These machines

included planning machine, Plano-milling machine, surface grinding machine

and other important machines which gave me the practical knowledge of

maintenance of different machines and the method of repairing and working

on it.

In CNC hi technology department which constituted of CNC with Hi-technology

such as VTC And HMC,I could understand and study the operation and working

of all the machines along with the knowledge of CNC PROGRAME.

Current Position: Mechanical Supervisor- Engineer in Thomson Industries-

July 2011 to Present.

Work Description: The Company is into packaging of cattle feed, poultry

feed and supplying it to different customers by makings sacks with

different dimensions as required by the customer. The dimension of the

sacks depends on the demand of the customers. The company is the main

packaging unit in the district with renowned customers.

My responsibility as the Mechanical Supervisor is to manage the production

processes in the plant and to report to my seniors and make reports as and

when required. The maintenance operations are to be managed as and when

required.
