Organization: 1. As a PM, I oversaw project, hiring and approving work

completed by subcontractors as well as negotiating contracts and

project. Responsible for resolving issues with either the

subcontractors or government officials. Worked as liaison

between the construction team, architects, designers and the

owners/stakeholders of the project to facilitate communication,

decision making and problem solving. Spent time assisting in the

design, contracting and the construction of new and rehabilitative

building projects. As a PM work to implement efficient building

practices that span a project from design to completion. I worked

to control cost, waste and worked to insure that the project was

completed on time and within budget guidelines.

As a estimator I have estimated asphalt, concrete, traffic striping,
