J D Rush Sales Staff, and Stevedore. Assured claim
justification/clarification was agreed upon with all parties following

accurate price estimation for OCTG repairs, transportation to/from
repair facility, yard movements (loading, unloading, rack movement,
etc.), crop loss, mill reject (if any), and any additional services
required to get OCTG material to mill prime status.
. Coordinated repairs, transportation, yard movement, and services
required to bring damaged/claimed OCTG material back to mill prime
status with vendors. Assured that material is transported back to
stocking yard after repairs/services are complete and consolidated
with like inventory.
. Made internal moves in company system showing material in claim status
and repairs/services are in process. Updated internal system showing
material repairs/services have been completed and moved back to the
stocking facility and ready for sales or shipment.
