• Circuit design Engineer – creating new designs for all E911 as well as standard mobile to
mobile/mobile to landline and switch locations
• Ran projects for network optimization and entered/verified dacs cross connects in any of
several systems, to include Tellabs and ALU.
• Worked with LOA/CFA issues with various carriers to ensure circuits were turned up in time,
and, CFA was available. In the case of meet point circuits, the LOA was always tracked to
ensure interconnect was approved.
• Performed above and beyond while in the position of Granite system South Area Lead and
Project Manager for Network Flow within the Project Implementation South Area Team
