PROJECT DETAILS:-

1. Engineering Project:-

a) Title- “Synthesis & Analysis of Adjustable Planar Four-Bar Mechanism.”

b) Team Size- 4

c) Role Played- Dynamic force analysis and Dynamic Simulation of the model using

MSC ADAMS 2012 and preparation of project report.

d) Concept- A normal four bar mechanism can generate single path only but by using

adjustable mechanism, different paths can be generated by using a single mechanism.

Hence it increases accuracy of operation and desired continuous paths can be traced.

2. Diploma Project:-

a) Title- “Cam Displacement Plotter Mechanism.”

b) Team Size- 4

c) Role Played- Theoretical Calculations, Manufacturing of Working Model and

completion of project report.

d) Concept- This mechanism is used to trace the cam profile by using a suitable follower,

this mechanism can detect the surface irregularities on the cam surface and profile

plotted is compared with standard profile to determine the condition of cam.
