Construction Oversite, Main Transformer

Power Upgrade at Monticello $133 Million project

This plant was 600 Megawatt upgrade by 71 megawatts. Contractors hired by Xcel also tied two 345

kilovolt transmission lines to the plant as part of the CapX2020 transmission line project between Fargo,

N.D., and Monticello.Working with GE Electrian and Days Zimmermans Electrician during the

demo/install of the new main transformer,, GE installs and assembles the new transformer on the existing

foundation, I reported and viewied to Excel on their progress with disassembling and reassembling the

245V tower and draining the oil and cold weather vacuum filling the transformer, disconnecting and

reconnect main transformer to the plant. Oversite with Vic’s Crane & Heavy Haul, Inc moving the

transformer in on the Schnabel Car, reporting the progress to excel and maintaining a safe move. Given

hourly and daily reports on the progress, and working within a daily & weekly schedule through sharepoint.

URS/SGT/THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR PLANT – Harrisburg, PA 2009-2010

Foreman, Steam Generator Replacement

This was a $300 million investment at Three Mile Island, Overseen 12 members team of workers in

preparing containment wall and gate opening for two 510 ton generators to enter through the containment

building. The preparation included jackhammer the concrete, core drilling to replace a sleeve for the

tendons, and forming and enclosing the wall with concrete. Meeting Nuclear Regulatory Commission,

and Senior Engineers exceptation and requirement

AEROTECH/WASHINGTON GROUP Salem, NJ 2007-2008

Warehouse Supervisor

Supervised all receiving, transport of materials. Coordinated materials such as cranes, airlifts, and supplies

for entire Stream Generator Replacement outages. Oversight, with quality Control, to maintain control of

permant plant equipment per procedures. working with workorder and procedure maintain requirements to

meet Quality Control inspection. The project was completed well ahead of schedule, and with almost

925,000 man hours with zero lost time accidents.

truck; poured, sealed, and stamped concrete working with state inspector and meeting their

requirements.

Fort Defiance Construction Company in Defiance, OH (1996 2000): Building an Demo of Bridge

building. Completed fifteen complete bridge and cofferdams projects. Working directly with inspector to

meet building spects. Multiple subcontractors on the job, road closures, clearing of the land, demo out the

bridge and road, layout for footers worked with level and transit, driving piling and pourint footer,

abutement wall, mud wall and deckpour, piers and piers caps. Worked with concrete beams and steel

beam bridges.
