KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:

. Work closely with Chrysler, Dana, Kia and Mercedes Benz quality

engineers and receiving inspection on continuous part improvement and

root cause and countermeasures for defects. Can read and understand

part drawings. Visit customers and sub suppliers to improve overall

quality through quality systems audit, PPAP review, and process

audits. Work closely with engineering department and manufacturing

team members during trial stages to ensure a smooth start up start of

. Responsible for all models during pre production including low volume

production trials, high volume production trials, start of mass

production, and for the duration of the model. Answered quality

problem reports issued by Chrysler, Dana, Kia and Mercedes Benz in

the 5 why format. Investigate part defect issues to find root cause

and counter measure. Performed weekly quality audits on manufacturing

lines, gage R & R, part capability studies, and helped develop

packaging requirements for new product.

. Was the technical lead on many process improvement and cost savings

projects (kaizen).

. Worked as a team member with Director of Engineering, Production

Staff, and plant Electrical Engineer to improve existing operations in

order to maximize production throughput. .
