GOALS for 2014: To sell services or equipment or systems (High End Systems)) to the

design/construction/development industry in the Southwestern United States

COMPENSATION: 100% commission plus travel expenses if it is required to work outside the

Phoenix area.

Sales Accomplishments: Closed over 660 million dollars in construction contract in over 40

years of construction and development work. (Hard bid, design/construct, negotiated, etc.). Sold

used heavy equipment to Mexican contractors through El Centro, California. Sold used electrical

equipment to the Aljanabi Group in Iraq via the Port of Houston to Amman Jordan. Sold five

prefabricated waste water treatment plants for Seprotech Ltd (Canadian Firm) throughout the

Western United States.

Education and Field Experience: Graduated from the University of Arizona in Civil

Engineering in 1969.forty-five plus years in construction (commercial and heavy civil) as an

estimator, project manager, and contractor.

Professional Affiliations: Associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers

(ASCE) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC).Also a licensed mediator with the

Construction Dispute Resolution Services (CDRS)

Strengths: Work well with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors because I

understand their needs and the budget and time constraints that each project(s) presents. Also I

understand how to insure that the services or products that are guaranteed by payment thru

mechanic liens, collateral notes, letters of guarantees, etc.

Weaknesses: Impatient to close within three meetings. After understanding the scope of work,

time- lines, and the service/products proposed, I submit a cost proposal with conditions and

expect the client to respond. If it is negative or nonresponsive, then I look for other opportunities.

Personal Data: 71 years old, in excellent health and my doctor feels that I can work for another

8-10 years. I walk five miles a day and I bench 180 lbs. love to travel and my wife and I travel 4

weeks out of the year. I have my own health and retirement programs and I own my residence in

Phoenix. I have excellent references from professionals in the design/construction industry.
