WORK EXPERIENCE :

Participated from the beginning in the commissioning activities of

the complete plant with a generation capacity of 12 MW of electricity

responsible for the operation of the following

> 2 Steam turbines, each of 7.5 MW with extraction steam supplied to

desalination plant & 8 MW in condensing mode.

> 2 Boilers, each of 125 T/hr,50 bar, 470 c with capability for natural

coal firing.

> 2 heat recovery steam generators each of 110 T/hr,50 bar 510 c.

> 1 back pressure turbine of 5 MW.

> Also handling water treatment plant this consists of one DM plant

having total capacity of 30 m3/hr &cooling power.

> All the auxiliary plants in the above.

TITLE : DESIGN OF FLASH TRIMMING FIXTURES FOR INTERMEDIATE FLANGE

Description of the Project : After designing every component, we will

having some flashes. So to remove this flashes we use this flash trimming

intermediate flange. This component used in air brake systems which stores

the air pressure when load applied and releases through outlet hole and

when load is removed.

Main project: TITLE : Pressure analysis and heat loss

reduction in boilers.

Description of the project : Studying about the process of increasing

efficiency of boilers at BILT

Kamalapur by analyzing pressure and heat loss reduction in boilers. Here we

are using boiler steam for boiling pulp. Boiler is operated daily on

temperature 200-300 degrees Celsius and 6-7 kg /sq.cm
