12 Responsible for new plant construction, equipment and installation purchasing activities for a new sheeting and distribution facility in Allentown, PA. as well as set-up and administration of a bar code inventory and MRP management system for Scott Paper at this facility.

13 Formulated purchasing inquiries on major fabrication and construction packages and major commodity items such as electrical switch gear, transformers, bearings, reducers and castings for material handling systems.

14 Assigned in a consultant capacity to organize and direct purchasing for Scott Paper's S. D. Warren Pulp Mill Rebuild Project in Westbrook, ME including oversight of purchasing function for all major capital expenditures such as recovery boilers and digesters to the bolts and nuts required for the project.

15 Worked with the Pulp Mill Rebuild Management Team to develop and implement terms and conditions for commodity vendors and fabrication and construction contracts.

16 Worked closely with legal, financial and risk management groups of Scott Paper/S. D. Warren.

17 Managed the effort in back charge negotiations with Beloit, Foxboro and Combustion Engineering that resulted in recovery of $1,200,000 for S. D. Warren.
