distribution, security and surveillance, asset management, and training

facilities were included in positional responsibilities. Acquisition Team

Lead for water desalination and distribution as well the complete upgrade

of electrical distribution. This CPAF contract grew from $478MUSD to over

$520MUSD in annual value with manning over 7400 persons.

Responsible for profitable management of US and Foreign Government and NGO

Contracts totaling more than $327MMUSD. Managed airfield reconstruction and

extension in Kirkuk and Al Asad. Refinery and pipeline remediation in

Baiji, Kirkuk and Erbil. Project savings averaged $1.5MMUSD per month in

contracts including oil and gas construction management, power generation

and substations, sports stadiums, and water distribution. Integrated

services and logistics support with several NGOs and USAID in Juba, Sudan

for health and stabilization activities.

5/05 to 6/06 Department of State CIVPOL and INL program management

including Procurement and Subcontracts, Compliance, Mission Planning, and

Community Mobilization. Managed multiple site Camp Construction activities

Kuwait. Made significant contributions and cost reductions over 18% of

contract value in the procurement of technical services, pharmaceuticals,
