Preparing proof load test for e.o.t cranes,gantry cranes,Semi gantry

cranes,monorails,beams,mobilecranes,fork lifts and all lifting gears with

Inspection companies like bureau veritas, velossi, germanicher lyod etc.

IN OFFSHORE : Experience on jack up barge, rig and production

platform, I handled loading and offloading of materials and supplies on

the barge/super complex . performed lifting operation maintenance shutdown.

performed lifting operations of lifting and material handling equipment,cranes, overhead cranes,lifting gears .operates pull lifts, chain

block,rope block,peneumatic/ electria winches.performed rigging duties on

dismantling static equipment like removal of exchanger bundle, valves pipe

work and equipment internals,assisted pipe fitter and helper in spading.

Also erected structures, beams, pipes, valves, platforms etc. Flare lifting

and fixing, laying hoses from platform to boats for chemical transaction,

and also lifted chemical tanks from boats to deck & platform, attended each

& every shutdowns . All offshore installation handled very well.

IN OFFSITES : Given rigging assistance to loading harms in berths for

loading lng to ships and also for storage tanks to remove and reinstall the

pumps.

IN SHUTDOWN HANDLED :

All equipments removal and reinstall after calibration.

I have construction, maintenance, offshore and shutdown experience in

oil, gas and Petrochemical plants.

EXTRA SKILLS :

I Have finished E.O.T crane operator training and I have valid card

issued by "BUREAU VERITAS " and also I have knowledge in fire fightings and

fire equipments handling.
