environment of over 135 employees. The facility operates 24 hour a day seven

quality packaging that meet or exceed our customer’s

Nestle, General Mills, Land-O-Lakes, Delmonte, and ConAgra (to

name a few). Also in charge of keeping labor cost low while

counseling of hourly employees, hourly payroll, quality assurance,

auditing training per SOP (Standardized Operational Procedure),

enforcing disciplinary actions and safety procedures, as well as

performing all other job functions while meeting and maintaining all

production goals and objectives set for the day quarter/year.

Production Supervisor: (2005 to 2005)

In charge of all daily production operations within a small zone (zone 40) of

approximately 30 unionized employee on the trim line. Responsible for

ensuring that all Dodge Ram Heavy Duty Trucks were completely and

properly trimmed out with all required component before the vehicle left

the zone. Also enforced all company policies, addressed production

issues as needed, served discipline as needed, payroll, attendance as

well as performing all other job functions while meeting and maintaining

all production goals and objectives set for the day quarter/year.

In charge of all daily production operations within a unionized environment of 116

employees. A JIT (Just in Time) facility that supplied interior seats front

and back row to Ford for the Ford Escape and the Mazda Tribute. Tasks

included hiring and firing of hourly and salary employees, instructed and

counseled salary employees in the Production, Materials, Maintenance,

and Quality departments, to ensure prompt and accurate completion of

tasks such as hourly payroll, quality assurance issue, audits (ISO 9000),

training per ODS (Operational Data Sheet), maintaining departmental

budgets, enforcement of disciplinary actions as well as safety policies
