Reporting to the Vice President Operations and Director of Operations, I

oversee the creative and logistic of all sponsorships, social & corporate

events nationally and am responsible for the operational and financial

success across Canada and the U.S. at the strategic sales and service

development level. This include planning, reporting, budget management,

process optimization, job design, training and recruiting. I provide

managerial leadership with a keen eye to a team of 4 Regional Clinical

Counselor Supervisors to exceed performance targets in line with

established objectives. I also lead and support the Statistic Department

in the tracking and ensuring the integrity of LASIK MD's Key Performance

Indicators (KPI).
