DESCRIPTION OF WORK EXPERIENCE

. CETPOWER (IPP & EPP)

-Reports to site supervisor.

-Attends to control room as directed my site supervisor.

-Operates & Maintains Cummins KTA-50-G3, 1250KVA Genset.

-Operates Genset's associated switchgears such as breakers and R.M.Us.

-Monitors Genset's parameters from PCC Panel.

-Documentation of Genset's parameters on logsheet.

-Maintains and updates Logbook and other documentation as at when

required.

-Monitors Genset's fuel supply lines to prevent spillage and

starvation.

-Participate in pre-job planning, briefing and checks before carrying

out

preventive maintenance on Genset.

-Preparation of tools and materials required for maintenance.

-Carrying out preventive maintenance on Genset in line with the

company's policy.

-Documentation of maintenance schedules and records for Genset.

-Generate fault report.

-Working as part of a team of specialist responsible for corrective

maintenance.

-Stock-keeping.

-Maintenance of Genset's battery system.

-Carryout Standby Genset exercise.

-House-keeping.

-Basic Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

-Ensure continuous power supply to control room and all equipment

within the site

premises at all time.

-Manage all lighting points of the Gensets and control room within the

site.

-Thorough handover during daily change of shift.
