PROJECT WORK

Final Semester Project as Part of the B.E Curriculum for the INDIAN ARMY. (Feb June 2014)

• Designed and implemented an AUTO CHANGEOVER SWITCH WITH VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY CONTROL FOR

GENERATOR MAINS.

• The successful implementation of this project led to increased performance of the equipments connected to the generator

along with monetary benefits to the EME Department.

RESEARCH WORK

Defence Internship

• Have undergone In plant training at Combat Vehicle Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), DRDO, Ministry

of Defence, Government of India,Avadi,Chennai under Scientist ‘F’ MBT Arjun.

• Did a detailed study on the working of electrical systems used in Main battle Tank (MBT) Arjun, also have a brief

understanding of the working of Gun control system (GCS) and Fire control System (FCS) in the tank.

Technical Seminar

Presented technical paper (IEEE) “Smart Meters for Power Grid – Challenges, Issues, Advantages and Status”.

NGO Work

Worked as a Team leader in AIESEC Bangalore in the Global community development program (GCDP), closely coordinated and

worked with NGOs like Oxfam, Janagraha and AkshayPatra enabling International Student exchange program for NGOs.
