. Shake flask trials and media preparation, prepared seed culture to

determine optimum pH and temperature for production strain while

. Down streaming of Pichia broth after fermentation for the isolation of

trypsin, the purification steps involved microfiltration and

diafiltration while following cGMP.

. Conducted experiments using HPLC techniques to successfully identify,

quantify and purify the individual components of mixtures.
