i n Normal, Illinois. I am a well-qualified individual for this position, as I have over 6 years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. I worked for four of those years as a day shift lead section manager at Caterpillar's Decatur facility. As a shift lead section manager I was responsible for as many as 52 employees over 7 different areas. I was recognized at Caterpillar as a top performer in 2013. In November 2013 I was chosen to go to South Milwaukee to t rain leaders on how to efficiently lead meetings with their subordinates. I was also recognized as leading the top performing fabrication line to success in 2013. I am personable and able to successfully deal with stressful and conflicting situations in the work place.
