Following a structured product development process, developed a web application solution to facilitate film permit application within the City of Miami: Conducted needs analysis, research of competitive film office solutions and web sites; concept development and documentation; design and prototype; production; follow-up and testing.

The solution was a Web 3.0 site, featuring a full screen image carousel. The images scale to the user's browser size. Extensive use of transparency effects, overlays and transitions lend a multimedia feel to the site. The site provides all necessary forms for users as PDFs, and allows administrators to integrate permit applications with an internal SharePoint application. A database application was developed to allow for online film permit applications.
