Monitored and documented ICP/CPP and CSF outputs every

hour, along with vital signs. Performed neurological checks

on all ICU patients. Set-up and monitored ventriculostomy

devices.

titrated medications using a Baxter pump.

Transported patients off the unit for tests/procedures
