* Spearheading efforts in the capacity of Process and Quality Engineer

and successfully handling a team of 7 members.

* Efficiently observe the process parameters for analysis of any defects

in production, calculate the losses incurred due to any abnormality

observed during continuous running of process equipment.

* Exercise rejection control and analyze them by discussing with the

core team.

* Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits

finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive

actions.

* Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to

customer complaints.

* Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.

* Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and

preventive actions.

* Preparation of QA/QC reports as per ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 ;
