technical and programme support to clients regarding a RCL's own

application CBBIS and BBIS. It was my duty to ensure the continuous

running of the application, eliminating any system errors, and

uninterrupted functioning of the IT system between RCL, its clients

and vice versa. In addition, I had to ensure continuity of

operations, managed on-site training in keeping inventory and the use

of CBBIS and BBIS on the following locations: Mercator (60

locations), Terra RB (25 locations), TAPRO GROSIST, Sanolabor (10

locations), MI-SPORT, PLINSTAL (2 locations), 3DVA-Toba?na (over 170
