This is with reference to your letter dated 28.1.2014. As desired by you we have cancelled the allotment of your captioned property. With this you do not have any lien/right on this property.

As desired by you we are allotting you Plot No. B-8/17 in Garden City, Sector – 91 & 92, admeasuring 255.42 Sq. Yd. As a very special case we are transferring the amount of Rs. 27,17,240/- paid by you towards the office space no.106 in Star Towers, Gurgaon without any forfeiture.

Enclosed is the payment plan for the payments of the balance cost of the said plot.
