Experience

Cleveland Heights Water Department 1998-2011 Investigator

As an Inspector of the Water Department responsibilities included assigning

jobs, training new employees, assisting the Superintendent in major jobs. Some

of my daily responsibilities also included repairing indoor/outdoor plumbing,

sewer work, testing PH/chlorine levels in the water, and making Emergency house

calls due to flooding.

Minute Men 2012 Project Manager

Each day consisted of closely working with Tom Evans of the Indians. Once each

days expectations were relayed the duties performed were, project staffing of

temp employees. Hiring a new group of people for each game. Having the ability

to act quickly on knowing who could perform efficiently and effectively. Once

temp employees were hired responsibilities were leading a group spread across

Progressive Field. Through security radios effective communication begins with

the team that was hired for the night. Project Manager duties throughout were

always ensuring the progress is being done accordingly to the expectations and

the time schedule. Decision support at all levels, prioritizing and executing

tasks in a high pressure environment is what made this position extremely

important
