Directed organization's North American marketing policies, objectives, initiatives and budgets. Created innovative

marketing plans for multiple brands available in both Natural and Food Drug Mass-Merchandise (FDM) channels to

support market growth. Developed and managed brand Profit and Loss projections towards setting Strategic Plan

objectives; conducted ongoing sales analysis and forecasts against objectives. Collaborated with mult iple departments
