Role: Co-lead Researcher

• As one of the leading researchers responsible for small animal imaging, take care of the

imaging camera,the billing, make sure that all protocols are up to date, help out with the

animal handling, help writing and reviewing protocols before submission to IACUC,

process all data and present

• Writing all the standard operation procedures for small animal imaging.

Role: Study Coordinator to David Leung, MD (PI) .

Human clinical trial using Tc99m Technegas (Phase III).

• Wrote the renewal of the protocol for submission as well as wrote modifications to the

protocol after an amendment was made by the sponsor, for submission to IRB.

• Send the data images to the sponsor data center.

• Fill out source documents for each study and then fill out the following CRF (case report

forms).

• Draw and process blood to send off to the labs for both the baseline and 24 hour follow

up.

• Look into the potential subject’s medical record and assess for eligibility to the study.

• Help in performing the physical exam on the subject as well as monitor and record the

vitals signs both during the study as well as the 24 hour follow up that is necessary.

• Take part in site monitor visits.

• Conduct the 30 day follow up visit to see if there are any new issues to subject or any

adverse side effects.
