MINI PROJECT:

Hand operated pipe bending machine

. This is a manually operated pipe bending machine using hydraulic jack

and pulley which saves the time and easy to operate.

. From this I have learned the working of a hydraulic jack in this

manually operated bending machine.

. This project gives me more ideas to do and also I have learned more

specifications about the material used in the project.

. This project is fully based on the industrial applications.

. The aim of the project is to reduce the stress of the human and also

to reduce the time.

MAIN PROJECT:

Rotary table

. Rotary table setup for deburring process.

. The aimed to reduce the man work by implementing of simple concepts.

. This project is used to reduce the burr which is formed in the work

piece.

. We have used the three jaw chuck which is easy to load and unload the

work piece.

. By using this rotary table we can reduce the delay in production.

. I have learned the coordinative working methodology.

. we can use this rotary table in small scale or large scale

manufacturing industry or in foundry to remove the burr formation in

the component.

Implant Training

'SSA casting alloy steel foundry'

. The SSA casting alloy steel foundry manufacture s the valves used for

petroleum industry, oil industries.

. More of the products produced are being exported.

. I observed the process of casting, mould preparation, furnace heating

process and inspection methods.
