Disco Automatic Dicing Saw, Dynatex GST 150,Silicon and

Gallium Arsenide backend wafer fabrication and

manufacturing environment particularly in the area of saw

wafers, scribe and break, and back lap, polish, die

inspection and chemical handling. Extensive back ground in

operation, set up, qualification, and adjustment of wide

Back End Wafer Fab Process Technician/ Wafer Saw Operator

. Responsible for the operation, set up, qualification and

adjustment of saw wafer, scribe and break and back lap

machine

. Performed a variety of process in Silicon and Gallium

Arsenide backend wafer fabrication which includes wafer

mount, back lap, polish, saw wafers, die inspection and

using High Powered Microscope

. Assisted engineering in troubleshooting process related

issues. Processed engineering experiments and special

instruction lots.

. Monitored and participated in ISO Certification, and
