JavaScript and jQuery/jQuery UI, SQL, ColdFusion (with & without CFWheels, an MVC framework), WordPress3.x and

PHP 5.x, GitHub for Mac (albeit mostly for personal projects), CloudFlare CDN, and Web Fonts (preferring Google to

Cufon). My IT support background lets me better collaborate with technical specialists (e.g. DBAs, CCNAs, Linux

admins, etc.); my BA degree in English helps me better communicate technical concepts to end users via similes and

metaphors.
