WORK EXPERIENCE

Dispatcher

Internet Contrasts - Helotes, TX - June 2014 to Present

My role of Dispatcher requires me to properly triage all incoming tickets through a

streamlined booking and management tool. I schedule out all appointments for the engineers and communicate

daily with clients, the procurement department, and the sales team. Throughout the day, I mediate the flow

of tickets through various service boards and monitor the status of all logged equipment and Service Level

Agreement's for our Managed Service clients. Additionally, I process timesheets for employees and close out

tickets after completion.

Communications Dispatcher

City of San Antonio Police Department - San Antonio, TX - October 2013 to March 2014

As a dispatcher with the Police Department, I ensured communication and provided necessary support to field

personnel via police radio, telephone, and computer transmissions. I deployed officers to incoming calls for

assistance and maintained constant awareness of my field units. Dispatching required me to provide clear,

concise, and effective written and verbal communication in an extremely fast paced and stressful environment.

Job duties also included running vehicle registration and warrants, setting up quadrants, and working with K-9

units and SWAT all while simultaneously dispatching and communicating with officers.

Travel Agent

Corporate Travel Planners - San Antonio, TX - February 2013 to October 2013

While working as a travel agent I handled incoming calls and emails while reserving domestic and international

reservations in compliance with their specific company policy. I utilized a global booking tool to arrange flights,

rental cars, limos, hotels, as well as exchange airfares. I often had to communicate and coordinate with airlines

and numerous vendors whenever unexpected travel and weather delays occurred to ensure an excellent level

of customer service was achieved for the client.

American Express Corporate Travel - San Antonio, TX - August 2010 to February 2013

As a travel agent I scheduled domestic and international air, car, limo, rail and ground transportation for

Johnson and Johnson and Ernst & Young. I worked within a call center environment and handled back to

back calls along with answering clients billing questions and completing various audits, documentations, and

special projects at the request of my supervisor. As part of my job monthly evaluations were conducted in

which I received notably favorable customer satisfaction and performance reviews.

Front Desk Agent

Hotel Indigo - San Antonio, TX - April 2010 to August 2010

While working as a front desk agent I greeted guests, processed guests at check in and completed final billing

upon checkout. I effectively dealt with any guest dissatisfaction to ensure a pleasant experience. Other duties

included managing the hotels room capacity via the Opera system, properly documenting transactions, as well

as opening and closing duties.

At Watermark, the concept was to serve high quality seafood in a semi-formal dining environment, creating

contemporary dishes from familiar staples as well as new and exciting flavors. I utilized my knowledge of
