Resolute Professional Billing Claims. I previously supported Allscripts Vision PM system for 10 years and

have over 20 years combined experience in revenue cycle management, system implementation and

• Provide Resolute PB support for Inova Health System, including

• Design, build and testing for all facets of Professional Billing and Claims, including:

o Charge Router – Extensive work on router review WQ build and charge router profile build.

o Charge Review – Assisted client with charge review WQ clean-up including evaluating

effectiveness of routing and error rules to minimize duplication and reduce the time required for

future maintenance of WQs and related rules.

o Claim edit – Evaluate and resolve claims-related issues including build for WQs, rules, and forms

(both paper and electronic) for the business office.

o Followup – Helped current client restructure and enhance very generic followup WQ profile they

implemented initially, allowing them to better prioritize work based on their current business

office followup dept.

o Remittance – Provide RMO build as needed, troubleshooting and resolving a number of remit-

related issues, including remit validation extensions to address a contractual posting problem

which ultimately saved a significant number of man hours required for potential clean-up.

o Assisted in general PB build-related issues including the setup of global billing, new vs estab

functionality.

• Prioritizes enhancement and break-fix requests utilizing Sharepoint-based ticket tracking system, also

creating/maintaining views utilized by my team to better track/target open tickets to speed up resolution.

• Maintained weekly status reports for PB build team and met with management to evaluate work effort and

implement any recommended changes to enhance productivity.

• Troubleshoot questions and problems from end users including site managers and business office

directors/supervisors.

• Manages resolution of project issues, escalating them to appropriate decision making staff and change

control management team.

• Works with Epic technical support to troubleshoot/resolve professional billing – related issues.

Allscripts Vision support (Aug 2011- Oct 2012)

• Provide remote client support for outgoing legacy application, Allscripts Vision Practice Management

System for hospital in Tyler, TX.

• This includes character and GUI application support, master file maintenance, custom SQLs, Cognos

Impromptu report writing, system upgrades, month-end financial reporting and daily monitoring of

system performance.
