Responsible for two factories - Solar Module Manufacturing and Medium

Voltage stations assembly - Head of Engineering, Quality, Maintenance,

Facilities, Planning, and Purchasing functions leading 5 front line

managers and a total team of 70 professionals.

. Responsible for operations, ramp up, KPI, budgets ($100 million+),

factory yield ($16 million/year) by robot handling optimization,

vision spec alignment, pick and place enhancement, training, real time

daily sustaining activities, addressing quality issues and refining

inspection process.

Worked with process engineering as a Member of technical staff to own and

support diffusion process & equipment and supervising 8 diffusion/etch

technicians supporting 24/7 operation.

. Developed the LPCVD deposition recipe further to reduce cycle time by

15%, reduce POCl3 consumption by 25% and increase cell efficiency by

0.3 %.

. Involved in green field manufacturing site startup including new tool

installation coordination, scheduling, and project management. Worked

with vendors and contractors to help with safety redesign and software

and system upgrades. Ownership of tool PM specifications,

Process Engineer

Worked with diffusion & CVD team supporting RTP, ISSG, gate-ox & poly

processes.

. Developed RTP product measurement concept to reduce costs by measuring

product wafers for thickness and move away from test wafers and

reducing cost by $125K/quarter.

. Designed & implemented an interlock for the DPN chamber to avoid

accidental slit valve opening, resulting in savings of $100K+ in

equipment costs and downtime.

Manufacturing Engineer

Worked with the RTP, LPCVD, DPN, EPI, & CMP tools in volume manufacturing.

. Established module final test strategy and managed its execution

NPI, conducted PFMEAs, established FRDs, performed ISO audits and
