I am writing to apply for the position of on site residential mobile home park

manager. I am confident that my skills are well aligned with the role and

that I would be an excellent fit for your organization.

My experience and past accomplishments in on site residential mobile

home park management make me an excellent candidate for the position of

MHP manager. Previously I worked as a residential onsite manager for

more than 10 years. In this position I had a chance to truly hone my skills, I

have been in charge of maintenance crews, supervised many outdoor

projects from tamping of blacktop to weed eating to painting to septic,

pipes, plumbing and waste disposal. I have read water meters on indivdual

houses, have been responsible for the dispersement of water bills to

tenants, have collected payments for the utility company. I am familiar with

the eviction process, and court proceedings. I have explained stipulations

payments and schedules to tenants, have used the RDC remote deposit

capture system to post rent payments, written receipts, kept office records,

etc. I speak some Spanish and I am a notary public..I have made it my

business over the years to become very familiar with the Fl. Statute 723

and many of the local departments, fire rescue, BSO, garbage companies,

pump truck companies, and Broward Health Department. I pride myself on

an esthetically appealing community and have always made it my business

to take pride and live by example. I feel that happy and tidy tenants come

from being shown a genuine interest in them and their homes and any

problems that may arise. My credo in a nutshell is to treat others as you

would wish to be treated, common courtesy goes a long way. I am not

afraid to show authority, in a dignified and polite manner, I always have

tried to explain any position I have taken, by rationalizing with my residents,

people respond better when they are being spoken to not at.
