southeast, saving tax of approximately $1M over the 20-year life of the capital investment. At Hyundai, directed

implementation of cost segregation study for $1B of fixed assets during SAP implementation.

Prepared and reviewed corporate, partnership, trust, individual, estate, and not-for-profit income tax returns for this

Prepared and reviewed corporate income tax provisions (ASC 740).

Implemented shareholder cash liquidity strategy for privately held construction client, resulting in increased cash flow

to shareholder of $65K annually and tax savings of approximately $8K annually.

Motor Company (HMC), Korea’s largest automotive manufacturer. This site resides on 1,744 acres of land and has

2M SF of manufacturing space. It’s 3K employees are capable of producing 35K vehicles per month. Revenues were

approximately $2B.

Oversaw budgeting, financial forecasting, capital expenditures, modeling for cost recovery (fixed assets and

depreciation), cost accounting, pricing, distribution of overhead costs, consolidations to Korea and the U.S. parent for

GAAP and tax reporting.

Developed and managed tax department including establishment of policy and procedures during entity start-up

phase. Led execution of corporate tax strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Coordinated implementation of tax incentive agreements with State, County and City tax authorities. Successfully
