Academic project:

Design and analysis of high sensitivity diaphragm for piezo-resistive

pressure sensor using MEMS technology

Description: In this project, going to design a different size diaphragm dimension

about 500*500 µm for the different structures namely flat, clamped,perforated and

sculptured with different thickness( µm) in INTELLSUITE SOFTWARE..this types

diaphragm undergo for pressure test for the different size,which one give more

linear output through the matlab software,that will be taken to design a piezo-

resistive pressure sensor for every structures.
