Manufacture of plastic containers for the beverage and food industry.

HR Manager 2006-present

Member of management start-up team for green field operation. Facility broke ground in May of 2006 and

began production in January of 2007. Managed the full spectrum of HR operations to include: recruiting,

on-boarding, training and safety expectations. Worked with corporate and local management team, local

and state government officials and local community college representatives to ensure successful on time

plant start up.
