Create die preventive and predictive maintenance program for new dies in plant (+200 dies),

develop spare parts strategy and manage tool and die crib storage. Develop circle grid

analysis plan for draw panels FLD studies, follow up continuous improvement in draw panels and dies for

stability, develop new die recipes and die process recipes, monitor parameters in production line for stability.

Lead in defect corrections in dies and engineering changes for

product changes. Lead in material utilization development for metal savings.

Hermosillo plant

Coils of steel and material coordinator for Hermosillo Stamping Plant, manage steel inventory for stamping

production and final parts inventory, develop material logistics improvements and cost reduction actions for

scrap and reworked parts. Coordinate for plant part shipping for service parts. Validate and coordinate metal

specification changes for improvement or company cost reductions.

Stamping Launch Engineer

Hermosillo and Dearborn plant

Review new model sheet metal parts for stamping feasibility, review FEA draw developments for new stamping

processes, review die process sheets for 51 new processes, review new die designs for buy off, follow up

die construction on Dearborn plants and Michigan area, die buy off previous die shipping to Hermosillo plant.

Lived and worked in Dearborn area from July 2010 till December 2011. Plan and execute home line tryouts

on Hermosillo for new model,

achieve quality targets in new die process previous massive production and stamping launch

readiness. Lead on all changes incorporated in dies previous production. Achieve PSW for all

new parts.

Managing a die maker's group, leading preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for stamping dies.

Lead continuous improvement on die maintenance and downtime reduction

actions for stability. Execute and plan die modifications as requested per product changes or defect corrections.
