- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE -

> Worked at Jacinth Engineering Pvt Ltd located in Ambernath, Mumbai as

a Graduate Engineer Trainee from 16/08/2011 to 1/02/2012 for a period

of 6 months. The industry manufactures perforated cable trays and anti

skid gratings used in industries and known for export of quality

products.

* PROJECTS:

> Worked as the Assistant Plant Engineer in an export project for supply

of interlock gratings of quality IS S-235 JR. Our team consisted of 6

members involved in production, quality control and material handling.

Our project was for Afcons Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd supply of M.S

Gratings of the above mentioned quality. As it was export related

project it involved third party inspection agency SGS India Pvt. Ltd.

> Aware of all export related paper works like MOS, QAP, WPS and WPQ.

* Key Roles:

. Checking and completion of paper works like the Quality Assurance Plan

and Welder procedure Qualifications in the presence of the third party

agency.

. Preparation of Daily production Report for client.

. Material Stock Availability.

. Checking of daily target achievement as per client deadline.

. Stacking of finished goods and tagging for retrace ability.

. Preparation of individual drawings of the exact dimensions of each

grating to be exported.

. Preparation of load test procedure carried out in the presence of the

client and third party agency.

2. Worked offshore as a Trainee in Aban Offshore Ltd from November 12th,

2012 to 7th Jan 2014 Worked as a Roustabout for 4 hitches. Also worked

as a Floorhand for 3 hitches.

Aware of types of drilling procedures and requirements in a jack up

rig.

As a Roustabout:

V Cleaning, scraping and painting the deck, equipment and work areas

V Offloading supplies from boats and moving them to storage areas

V Moving supplies and equipment to the work site

V Using lifting gear and winches to load and stack equipment

V Helping to repair pumping equipment

V Mixing the 'drilling mud' to lubricate the drill bit.

. Adding fresh lengths of drill pipe as the drill moves deeper into rock

. Cleaning, maintaining and repairing the drilling equipment

. Using lifting gear, ropes and winches.
